Comments: Imaged Saturn April 21st in quite reasonable seeing with data covering 1 hr 44 min’s of Saturn rotation.
The first hour or so was effected by high alt cloud moving through which reduced the signal somewhat, that said the live feed still had nice detail in it.
Low contrast detail is seen, especially within the EZ. As is always the case with Saturn movement is key and the 685nm IR, R and RGB animations reveal the low contrast detail. The 685nm IR animation covers 1 hr 28 min of Saturn rotation, the R channel animation covers 1 hr 30 min of Saturn rotation while the RGB animation covers 1 hr 28 min of Saturn rotation.
