Comments: Imaged Saturn August 28th targeting a CM transit of the 2010 GWS AV in good seeing, the 685nm IR data was exceptional, possible the best I have had this apparition. The North polar vortex and vertices of the hexagon are very well defined and the AV is resolved exceptionally well. The AV is even resolved in the R channel and RGB data. The animations from these data are arguably the best I have produced thus far this apparition, even made a Ch4 animation which has quite interesting features moving within the EZ and resolves the large amplitude EZ ripple. I measure the AV to be at approx Lat+43 L3 282.5 and the large amplitude EZ ripple impinging up into the NEB is at approx Lat+15.4 L1 132.7. The R channel and RGB data also resolves the AV along with a bright spot at approx Lat+36.6 L3 269.5
